Pharmacological action:

hepatoprotective

Indication: Injection solution: fatty degeneration of the liver, liver cirrhosis, acute and chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, necrosis of liver cells, hepatic coma and prekoma, toxic liver disease, toxemia of pregnancy, pre-and postoperative care, especially during operations in the field of hepatobiliary zone psoriasis, radiation syndrome.
Capsules: chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, fatty degeneration of the liver, toxic liver disease, toxemia of pregnancy, psoriasis, radiation syndrome.

Contraindications: None.

Side effects:

Very rarely in higher doses can cause gastrointestinal upset (diarrhea).

Dosage and administration:

Treatment starts with a combined parenteral and oral assignment. Course of treatment is at least 3 months and if necessary, may be continued or repeated. 2-3 times a day during a meal with a small amount of water. Treatment of psoriasis begins with two weeks of receiving capsules (to 2 cap. 3 times a day), then conducted 10 infusions of 1 ampoule daily, and simultaneously begins PUVA-therapy. After infusions resume reception capsules for 2 months.
