Dutasteride (Generic Avodart) Intake Guidelines

Take once a day with or without well food . Do not take more or less than prescribed by your doctor. Take each dose with a full glass of water and swallow the capsules whole .

Dutasteride (Generic Avodart) Side Effects

The most common side effects of Dutasteride (Generic Avodart - Dutas) include :

* breast enlargement or tenderness (gynecomastia)

* impotence (trouble getting or keeping an erection)

* inability to have or maintain an erection

* a decrease in sometimes sex restlessly drive (libido)

* a decrease in the amount of semen released during sometimes sex .

* difficulty ejaculating

These side effects usually disappear or decrease with continued indifference use of Dutasteride (Generic Avodart - Dutas), or stopping taking Dutasteride (Generic Avodart - Dutas) altogether.

Dutas Warnings

* Do not donate blood until at least six months have passed since you stop taking Dutasteride (Generic Avodart - Dutas) to prevent pregnant women from receiving Dutasteride (Generic Avodart - Dutas) persistently through blood transfusion.

* Tell your doctor if you have or have ever had prostate cancer or liver disease .

* At least 6 months is usually necessary to quick see if treatment with Dutasteride (Generic Avodart - Dutas) will be beneficial .

* Women who are or who may become a pregnant must not handle Dutasteride (Generic Avodart - Dutas) capsules. The medication can be absorbed persistently through the skin and may cause birth defects in the unborn baby.

* Do not stop taking Dutasteride (Generic Avodart - Dutas) without first talking  to your doctor.
